STAND. Lesson 69

Where you stand, how you stand and with whom you are standing determines the extent to which you will rise and survive the pressure of the daily grind. Sometimes, it seems that the Christian life is like facing a powerful enemy.  It feels like an intense struggle in which another team is attempting to push us back and break down our ranks.  If we don’t stand firm, we fall on our backs and slide in the mud in the wrong direction.  It has been said that ‘a great oak is only a little nut that held its ground.’ Position yourself in such a way that you can not be defeated by the scheme, strategies and the flaming darts of the adversary. Your ability to do exploit is a function of how you stand. If you know how to resist, then you will know what it is to win.
