The true test of your character is in what you are willing to sacrifice for the good comfort and growth of another/ all. We must do everything possible to be a major part of the solution, thereby making life worth living for others. The pathway of sacrifice is the pathway of self crucifixion. The key to living the abundant life is for the self in us to be buried out of sight and lost in sacrificial love. There is a reward for the truly sacrificial, but in due season. What are you willing to give up so that another might go up? Therein lies the true test and the strength of your character. Be willing to spend and be spent for others in the name of the Lord.
